If you are not happy with the performance of any of our products you can request a full refund (minus shipping charges) for any unused product from KLM Solutions.

Consumables such as HP product and refills must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a monetary refund. For consumed product, if your not satisfied with the performance after giving it a reasonable try, we do offer a standing credit for other products in our store that may be of benefit to you.

Refunds on mechanical items will be honored if the merchandise is new, and unused. There will be a 12% restocking fee for any returned mechanical merchandise

Customer is required to pay return shipping charges.

Iowa residents pay 7% sales tax.
