*Orders will be processed and shipped promptly via our choice of USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground Services. We offer these shipping options on the website in order to keep your shipping costs down. Most products we carry are not "quick fix" treatments and therefore expedited shipping is not necessary. However if you do require faster shipping for any reason please contact us and we can set that up for you.

Our Basic Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you receive an item and it's not what you expected, simply return it and we'll issue you a full credit or refund per your request. All items must be in "new" condition (including the packaging - if any are included). If you receive a product you did not order or it was shipped incorrectly, KLM Solutions LLC will take care of everything including return shipping charges. On all other returns, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds on mechanical items will be honored if the merchandise is new, and unused. We do not believe in questionable restocking fees, however if an item is returned in used condition and cannot be sold as new we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee based on the item's condition. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.

Pleae note: Ultrasonic algae control devices will incur a minimum 30% restocking fee. To avoid this fee please ask us about our rental program.

All returns require a RA# (return authorization number) prior to shipment back to us. Please contact us via email to request this.

Iowa residents pay 7% sales tax.
