Returns And Warranty Information
If you are not happy with any of our products you can request a full refund for any unused product from KLM Solutions. Consumables such as Algae Solution product and refills must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless a product was mistakenly shipped and the error is on our part. In that event, KLM Solutions LLC pays for all shipping charges involved with making the order right.
Full refunds on mechanical items will be honored if the merchandise is new, and unused (minus shipping charges). There is no restocking fee for any returned mechanical merchandise which is in "like new" condition. However a 20% restocking fee may be charged if the item appears to be used in some fashion. This includes blemishes such as scratches, wear and tear, dirt or staining, etc. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note for ultrasonic algae control systems this restocking fee is at a minimum, 30%. Additional fees may apply if there is damage or abuse of the equipement.
In the event of a return, you must contact us to get a return authorization number. We cannot accept a return without this and it helps to ensure proper crediting of the customer's account.
If you find that the product is defective or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately to let us know about the problem. We will work with you to rectify the situation promptly.
Warranties for mechanical devices are not covered by KLM Solutions but will be offered by the manufacturer of the product. All warranty periods, their degree of coverage and time period are dependent on the manufacturers discretion.
